First Time Visitor?


In all our services, we celebrate Holy Communion on the first Sunday of the month and on special days of the Christian year.  Worship is held in the sanctuary (enter through the red doors under the Steeple). 

Nursery for children up to three years old is offered at both worship services.

 

Contemporary Worship - 9:00am

Contemporary worship with us is casual, simple, and interactive.  We build in opportunities to talk about our experiences, think together about the message from the scripture, and ask questions.  We have a live band that does music in an eclectic mix of styles from contemporary Christian to classic hymns (done a little differently!), reggae, blues, world, even a little bluegrass.  Worship lasts one hour.

     

Coffee Hour & Sunday School - 10:00am-10:45am

Join us between worship services for a time to connect and get to know each other better.  Our Sunday School for preschool through adult meets during this time as well.

 

Traditional Worship - 11:00am

Traditional worship with us is structured, but relaxed and informal.  We like to laugh here.  We also mix things up by incorporating drama, media, and other elements from time to time.  Typically the service lasts between an hour and an hour and fifteen minutes. We're a singing congregation.  Our adult choir sings weekly from September through June, and our Children's Choir sings about once a month.  There is a children's sermon every week.

 

First-time Visitor?  Here's what to expect:

Our sanctuary, restrooms, and fellowship hall are wheelchair-accessible.

ARRIVING: Parking is in the lot next to the church or on the street. We reserve visitor spaces near the entrance.  Enter by the red doors under the steeple for worship. Our worship space and our restrooms are accessible for those in wheelchairs.   When it's very hot, we occasionally worship in the Fellowship Hall (where it's air-conditioned).

DRESS: Most of our people come dressed in `business casual` attire on Sunday mornings.  But our attitude is:  what you're wearing isn't important.  God just wants us to come to worship. 

BRING THE KIDS: Nursery care for children up to age 3 is offered during both Sunday morning worship services. We also welcome your children to join us for worship.  All of our nursery workers are trained in our 'Safe Sanctuaries' policy and all have been through a background check.  We have baby changing stations in our restrooms.
